Energy Healing
Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, energy-based healing practice that restores balance to your mind, body, and spirit. Each session is designed to realign your energy, release blockages, and leave you feeling grounded, peaceful, and renewed. During your Reiki session I will open your chakra energy points, bringing your body back into perfect alignment and harmony with meditation and cleansing of your aura. You will also receive a review of all sessions over one hour. During a 30-minute Reiki session, it will include cleansing and balancing your energy along with a meditation. A review is not included in the 30-minute session. Reiki is a healing journey where you will never have the same session twice. I recommend a one-hour session to anyone who is new to Reiki.
